Cross Reactivity:No false positive results were observed on specimens of HCV, Syphilis, HBsAg, HIV, H.pylori, Malaria, No noticeable cross-reaction with non-flavivirus disease specimens, including CHIK IgM, pregnancy, HBsAg, HCV, TBE, HIV, H. pylori, syphilis, parovirus, malaria, varicella zoster, Yellow Fever and Zika IgG. Cross-reaction with CMV was 4.3% (1/23), as well as West Nile 16.7% (2/12) and dengue IgM 27.3% (6/22), respectively.
Interference:No interference was seen with bilirubin (6.7-20 mg/dL); hemoglobin (0.67-2 g/L); human IgG (3.3-10 mg/mL); human serum albumin (60-80 g/L); ANA (1:3 1:1); HAMA (1:3 1:1) RF (up to 2900 IU/mL).
